late worship service. It is a smaller service and more of
a family atmosphere than the late service.

If you want to meet great friends, and be able to discuss the Word of God in a friendly environment, Sunday School at Belmont Baptist is for you. We offer several Sunday School classes that you will enjoy.
We have many children's Sunday School classes as well, all taught be caring and godly teachers. Your children will look forward to coming to Sunday School!

"Worship the Lord in spirit and in truth!" That is our motto for our Morning Worship services. Everything in our services is geared toward lifting up the name of Jesus Christ. When our eyes are on Christ, the Holy Spirit can work in our hearts through the preaching of the Bible. Our worship music prepares hearts for the message that Pastor Jackson brings each service. The practicality of each message challenges each of us to inspect our lives and make sure they match up with God's standards. We have seen much spiritual growth in our church because of this emphasis! Come join us this Sunday morning! You won't leave the same as when you came.

Our evening worship is a time for believers to be encouraged and motivated to serve the Lord. We enjoy fellowshipping and worshipping together during this time. We lift up the name of Christ and proclaim His worthiness of our praise and of our lives. Come visit and worship Christ with us!

AWANA is a fantastic program for children and teens on Wednesday night. Young people memorize scripture, study the Bible, play games, and generally have a wonderful time. We have a great teacher/pupil ratio in our AWANA program, so your child is guaranteed to receive individual attention. Our teachers care deeply for each of the children. Come, be a part of our AWANA program.

Our prayer meeting is our mid-week service where we emphasize the need for prayer if a Christian is to accomplish anything for God. Pastor preaches on the topic of prayer and then we gather together in small groups and PRAY! We have seen many exciting answers to prayer because of these groups. We would love for you to come be a part of this special time.

Our choir is a vital part of our music ministry. Because it is so vital, we put much practice in on the music that we sing. Our volunteer musicians are dedicated to co-ministering together through the avenue of music in our services. We want to offer God our very best, so we practice diligently. The Sunday rehearsal lasts from 4:45 - 5:45 pm and the Wednesday evening rehearsal lasts from 8:30 - 9:15 pm. We have the Wednesday evening rehearsals anytime we are preparing for a special musical event, so this time will sometimes be inapplicable. Our orchestra is growing. We rehearse on Wednesday nights after prayer service and also briefly on Sunday morning after Early Service. We accompany all of the worship services and occasionally accompany the choir. We are always looking for more instrumentalists. If you play, be sure to let Doug know.
