| The music at our church serves one
purpose, to exalt the name of the Lord Jesus Christ! The style
of music in our worship services would be best characterized as
Biblical, balanced worship. We combine hymns, gospel songs, and
choruses in order to best express our worship to God. We
select a variety of music in order to bring Jesus the
praise He deserves and to edify the body of Christ.
Our Adult Worship Choir, "Voices of Praise," leads the congregation in worship and teams up with our 14-member orchestra to provide the musical foundation with which our congregation worships. We provide online resources for the choir and orchestra for many services to aid in learning new songs and preparing our hearts for each service.
We also have many special groups, such as men's and ladies' ensembles,
men's and ladies' quartets, men's and ladies' trios, and duets who practice and minister on a regular basis.
In addition to the weekly ministries, we also put on several productions throughout the year geared at reaching into our community. In 2006, we
hosted an Easter Drama and have plans for an Easter drama as well as a a community Christmas event
centered around the ole classic Ebenezer Scrooge in 2007.
Our newest album, The Cross Said It All, was released January 2007. The album not only features our choir,
"Voices of Praise," but also highlights a few of our church's
soloists and ensembles. |
